Return and Refund Policy

Please check your order on arrival. If you are not 100% satisfied with any plant purchased, please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of purchase to discuss whether you require a refund or replacement.

We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, or for any plant removed from it’s original container, due to biosecurity policies.

In the case where a return is approved by our customer service team, you will be provided with a return address.

Please contact our team via our contact page prior to making a return.

Should we not be able to supply an item on your order, our customer service team will contact you. You can choose to have the amount refunded, or select an alternate plant to the same value.
